YOUR WORCESTER CHAPTER

Meetings

We meet on the second Thursday of most months with our (PDM) Professional Development Meetings. The Board of Directors meets on the last Thursday of the month. See schedule and PDM page for details.

Your chapter is for your education and improvement on the job.

Your Chapter has a membership of about 358 employed at 150 companies in the Worcester County area. We meet once a month from September to November, Skipping December, and from January to June. Our meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month. Sometimes we do adjust the date for special meetings.

Your chapter was chartered March 17, 1960 and started formal meetings in 1961. Our officers (The Board of Directors) meet once a month, normally on the fourth Thursday of each month to run the chapter, schedule meetings and to perform other duties. Any member can attend a BOD meeting at anytime.

Your local area APICS connection to society and other chapters. This chapter has received the Gold Circle Chapter Management Award every year since 1985, thereby qualifying for the Platinum Circle Award since 1990.
